My favorite way to learn how people think is by witnessing their actions in context. Iterative product development allows us to adjust based on people’s actions rather than relying on assumptions.

It is important to have a healthy detachment from your own designs. Feedback, from a variety of sources, is sought often and considered with curiosity.
